Motovation Ducati Hypermotard 821 SP custom build

Here at MotovationUSA we love just about anything with 2 wheels and a motor.  However, there will always be a special place in our hearts and garage for the Italian beauties.  Add some proper hooliganism and you are REALLY starting to speak our language.  Enter the Ducati Hypermotard 821 SP.

We have built a Hypermotard 1100S in the past, so when we read the spec sheet for the 821 showing a lighter motorcycle with MORE horsepower....we didn't even finish the article....we were sold!

We decided on an SP model so that we could focus mainly on the custom aesthetics of the bike, knowing the suspension and performance aspect had been well taken care of by the boys in Bologna.

The guys at CNC Racing had been producing some very unique designs for Ducati accessories, so it was an easy choice to load up the Hyper with their products.  Rearsets, Triple Clamps, Risers, Sprocket Cover, Rear Carrier, Mirrors, Grips, Frame Plugs, Fender Eliminator, Carbon Fiber bodywork, you name it!  We pretty much threw the entire CNC Racing catalog at it.

For the items that the CNC Racing team doesnt offer for the bike, we turned to our buddies at BST for some satin finished Carbon Fiber Wheels to save even more weight and add that extra wow factor.

Nothing says Motard like a MotoGP styled aggressive racing exhaust.  Enter the Italians at SC-Project exhausts.  They had just the exhaust pipe we were looking for.  Saving almost 7 pounds over the stock exhaust, we were delighted to bolt on their new CRT Carbon Fiber exhaust.

Right now, we are finishing the final touches of an absolutely stunning paint job on all of the carbon bodywork, as well as a super custom seat cover by the guys at Luimoto.

Here are some teaser photos and a short exhaust video. The finished product will be posted VERY soon.  Follow us on our MotovationUSA Facebook page for even more photos and updates.
